I qualified as a Master Member of the Institute of Videographers (IOV) in 2004 which has enabled me to offer piece of mind to my customers.
The IOV is a trade body that bestows Master and Fellow titles upon members who have proven their professionalism within Videography. As members of the IOV we commit to providing a high quality fair service as viewed by the IOV, not by ourselves.
Should my work fail to meet your expectations then the IOV will adjudicate.
You can also take piece of mind in that I am part of a network of professional Videographers. I am able to call in additional experts without the overhead of full time employees and I can work in a manner that enables another qualified videographer to take over where I left off should I fall into ill health.
